		<description><![CDATA[Helen, it seems like that your priorities as principal are your relationships with all members of the different parts of your school community. This thoughtful, emotional work gives you that &#039;pooped&#039; but rewarding feeling, yes?
Your post reminds me of the value of reflection. To me, it&#039;s the most essential part of the thinking process. I need to allow myself time and space to do this.

		<description><![CDATA[I looove the infographic you shared. This will also work for educators. Most educators use the &quot;corporate tone&quot; when teaching what they know. But that&#039;s not effective for many students who feel intimidated when they hear it. On the other hand, storytelling has been proven to be effective even with young students who listen when lessons are told through anecdotes of educators, giving the lesson a personal touch and making the teachers more human and one of them. Thanks for sharing. ;)
