One of the things that has kept me in education all these years has been the opportunity to re-invent myself and work in a range of roles all under the impratatur of teacher. Congratulations on earning the chance to participate in such a major makeover. Given what I know of you and all the challenges you have met and dealt with, both within and without, the system this year I know you will quickly embrace the many different responsibilities that your new role will throw up. I'll watch with interest the tweets and other prognositcations :). Being able to make a difference across a number of schools must certainly be very rewarding. I know it is a very rewarding experience even to make a small difference with one staff member!
